The United States of America have fallen.

40 years ago, the United States government fell under the pressures of a worldwide plague, war, and civil unrest. The power vacuum that followed killed those who survived the viral outbreak as state fought against state, brother against brother, American against American. On the run from Chicago authorities, Mack travels south through Old Kentucky toward Nashville where he hopes to learn more about the death of his father. Along the way he passes through a small town that seems abandoned, but Mack is about to encounter the town’s lone survivor.
